Brew Ha Ha- an introduction

Coffee.  Dark in color, rich in flavor, it wakes up millions of americans everyday. Yet it is a mystery to me sometimes. It amazes me each time I try a new bean, I find more and more flavors that I never discovered before. The different methods involved from pour over to french press create a wide variety of colors and textures. Coffee has a way to bring people together like no other. Visitors arrive to your home after a long journey, what do you do? Offer them a cup of coffee. Cowboys need to stay awake out on the range, they make a cup of coffee. Someone needs comfort, offer a hot beverage. Coffee has the power to connect.




    More than just writing about coffee, this blog is a journey through opening up a new coffee shop. As we learn, so will you.
